INJECTION

The process of saturating (saturating) a certain volume of soil with organic resin to improve the parameters of the soil.

The process of injecting polymeric resins into the ground in such a way as to create an isolation layer at the soil-object interface in order to reduce water migration. This method makes it possible to create a waterproofing layer without the need to expose foundations, excavate trenches.

The process of introducing polymer resins under a certain pressure, for example, into the masonry, foundation to strengthen their structure, and also to restore vertical insulation

The process of introducing a polymeric material to seal a given section of a structure, i.e., culverts, expansion joints, penetrations

Injection of organic resins to create/restore horizontal insulation in the wall to prevent capillary migration of moisture inside the wall

Stopping water leaks, filling voids occurring behind the tunnel casing, sealing joints, joints, penetrations, repairing cracks, filling cracks

Stabilization of railroad ballast:Consolidation of ballast building railroad embankment (ballast bonding, subgrade stabilization, bonding of stone and aggregate components).

MICROPILING

Micropiles placed directly into the ground (driven or pressed in), can be used in addition to other methods of securing the site and also for work on already established buildings

A method of soil reinforcement involving local loosening of the soil structure by rinsing with a high-energy jet of injectant or water, while mixing the underlying soil with the injection material.

A system of self-drilling system steel poles surrounded by cement grout.

TRENCH PROTECTION

Protection of small and large excavations in the form of lightweight retaining structures

Support elements that transfer tensile forces to the load-bearing soil layer. A soil anchor consists of an anchor head, a free tendon section and a buoy. The anchor buoy is located in the bearing soil and bonded to it by injection. Ground anchors are elements that stabilize existing slopes and for and reinforcement of retaining wall construction.

Safeguarding the soil under existing foundations of buildings and structures directly adjacent to the designed excavations. Without the life of heavy equipment and vibration. By applying a polymer resin-based material, the soil is scaled and retained in place. The technology can replace jet grouting.

Linear structures used as shoring for the walls of deep excavations. Injection pilings, steel elements (sheet piles) or lightweight pilings are made.

FILING

Process of injecting expansive polymer resins into voids, caverns to fill them with lightweight, durable material preventing them from sinking or collapsingThe process of injecting expansive polymer resins into voids, caverns to fill them with lightweight, durable material preventing them from sinking or collapsing
