Design
We carry out technical and detailed designs for our projects, as well as in the preparation of full project documentation. We design ground stabilization solutions for cubic construction, transportation construction (roads, airports, ports, parking lots, etc.), tunnel construction, for historic buildings, public buildings and large-scale commercial buildings.
If there is a need, we offer coordination and execution of geotechnical and geological studies before executing the project. The type and scope is tailored each time to the needs of the client or is adapted to the requirements of the project. The most commonly performed surveys are soundings, which provide information on the basic geotechnical parameters and the condition of the subsoil.
In addition, we perform and coordinate the execution of specialized surveys resulting from the needs of a given investment such as GPR surveys, dynamic plate surveys, deflection surveys and bearing capacity measurements, among others.
We cooperate with trusted laboratories and specialized companies that perform geotechnical studies, both field and laboratory.

Realizations
Strengthening the subsoil under foundations (footings, footings, foundation slabs, wells, foundations, etc.) by injecting polymer resin or cement slurry into the ground medium. The effect of performing the injection is to improve the bearing parameters of the soil, which prevents the structure from settling, deformation, cracking of walls. Injection with polymeric materials can be an alternative to jet grouting technology, while it is a non-intrusive and non-invasive technology, used especially in places that are difficult to access, where the mobilization of heavy equipment is impossible for technical or economic reasons. Tamping technology refers to the process of injection stabilizing dry and wet soils as well as filling cavities, caverns and voids in the soil structure. The range of application of polymer injection is carried out in a wide temperature spectrum from 0°C - +35°C (atmospheric conditions).
The improvement of the physical (mechanical) parameters of the soil substrate, which is achieved by means of injection of polymer resins into the soil structure or into the substructure layers. Stabilization of the soil substrate is achievable successfully in dry and wet soils as well as in filling cavities, caverns and voids in the soil structure. Action to prevent the migration of water, moisture into the object, achieved by filling joints, gaps, penetrations, expansion joints with an injection material with appropriate physical and mechanical parameters after setting. The choice of injection material and application parameters depends on the condition of the element, its structure and moisture content. Before performing the injection, it is necessary to check whether there is a need for additional work involving filling cavities, plugging cracks or repairing joints.

Stopping water leaks, filling voids occurring behind the tunnel casing, sealing expansion joints, bulkheads, Larssen walls, joints, penetrations, repairing cracks, filling cracks, installing anchors.
Restoration of their utility function and elimination of the effects associated with moisture in the partitions.In the case of structural cracks and cracks, injection is aimed at restoring the strength and load-bearing parameters of the injected structural element. The technology is used to repair damage caused by external causes, i.e. loads, settlement, ground deformation, as well as cracks and cracks caused by internal causes such as shrinkage and thermal deformation.
